Meet Recap

NMB Mens track team won the Alan Connie Relay meet by outscoring Georgetown High School and a host of other schools by tallying 102 total points. The Chiefs were very effective in the sprints, middle distance and field events. As a team they placed first in the following events: Chiefs Special Relay( D.Thompson, T.White, R. Bass, Brandon L), Sprint Medley(D Thompson, D Winns, T Gore, J Piggott), 4X400 Meter Relay(B MIchael, R Vereen, S Wilson, B Lawrence), Long Jump(T Gore), Shot Put( K. Livingston), and the Pole Vault(B Lawrence). The Chiefs win was a complete team victory with points being added from all areas of competition. The Chiefs will be back in action on Thursday March 9th at Waccamaw High.
